The F3 is a small compact clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter, based on the Time Comb Technology. The F3 is very easy to install: clamp it on to the pipe, connect it to power and set pipe diameter. The clamp-on design allows the installation in running systems without opening the pipe, providing minimum downtime and maximum availability.

Monitor liquid flow without modifying a pipe

Introduction

Principles of Operation

Two sensors are placed on the outside of the pipe. Each sensor transmits ultrasonic pulses through the pipe and then transmits the fluid to the other. The speed of the liquid flowing through the pipe accelerates or decelerates the pulse. The difference between the transit times of the two pulses is used to calculate the flow rate. Using the transition time can make the flowmeter not be affected by pressure or temperature changes.

Cloud Service

F3 provides wireless communication function, which can access the Internet via WLAN and upload data to a cloud server. Users can view flow data charts on mobile phones and PCs, and download statistical tables.
